Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that indian loom sarees and Kurtis do have irregularities and touch ups done by weavers and most of the fabrics are handmade and handle by human. Hence, they are not consider as defects.
Defects that are accepted are damages such as large stains or very large tears.
Please reach out to us if you have any doubts on what is considered a defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not allow refund or exchanges upon a purchase.
However, for issues related to defects (large stains and large tears) we have a one week refund policy, which means you have one week after receiving your item to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at shapeofartvv@gmail.com. Kindly include images of the defects with receiving condition and with original package.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
